The Grand Solmar Foundation is pleased to announce the completion of its latest construction project, a new kitchen and dining facility for the children of the Casa Hogar de Todos Santos Orphanage in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
For the Grand Solmar Foundation, becoming a partner in the growth of the global economy means more than international development; it means developing and supporting local communities. The city of Cabo San Lucas is at the heart of this local community focus. Though Cabo has benefited from the growth of the tourism industry, the profits are not always distributed equitably. This is why the Grand Solmar Foundation is dedicated to do more than just providing great services for its guests: it is dedicated to helping all of the people in Cabo San Lucas and the surrounding communities.
The Grand SolmarFoundation is proud to give back to Cabo San Lucas with a recent donation to the Casa Hogar de Todos Santos Orphanage in Todos Santos Mexico.Solmar Hotels CEO Francisco Bulnes and Solmar Timeshare Owner Jerry Hardebeck donated both a kitchen and dining room to the orphanage through the Grand Solmar Foundation.
Bulnes and Hardebeck recently joined the children of the Casa Hogar de Todos Santos Orphanage for the inauguration of the new kitchen and dining room. More than 20 children and several teachers joined Bulnes and Hardebeck to cut the ribbon officiating the opening of the new dining establishments.
The Grand Solmar Foundation takes pride in the charitable work of its donors, particularly those that can help disenfranchised youth like the children at the Casa Hogar de Todos Santos Orphanage. Though the donation of a kitchen and dining room is a small contribution, the Grand Solmar Foundation hopes that this latest addition will provide a nourishing environment for children to learn, grow and develop the skills that will make them the future leaders of Cabo San Lucas.
